Nowadays, there has been an increasing interest in educational games. This is based on the assumption that interactive games motivate better than traditional learning materials/environments.

Our speaker, Ms. Jessica Sugay has co-authored various research papers that propose the development of a new generation of engaging and educationally effective learning environments. The presence of game features such as competition, fantasy, interactivity, and challenge/quest can have a significant influence, leading to a positive learning experience.

During their breakout session at the STEM Summit, the participants not only played the games themselves but experienced a glimpse of what it would be like to design these educational experiences themselves.

Have you tried learning through online games? Get ready to take your learning to the next level! Game-based learning platforms make learning fun while helping you gain a deeper understanding of different subjects.
