Robin is a data scientist at Security Bank, a lecturer at Ateneo de Manila University, and a volunteer with DevCon Kids. She holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University.

Josephine, a Filipina engineer at NASA, encourages dreaming big and exploring challenges. Despite struggling with math, she earned a degree from the University of the Philippines and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering. After interning at the Kennedy Space Center, she joined NASA, where she now leads the Advanced Engineering Development Branch. She advocates for women in STEM and continues to inspire young Filipinas to chase their dreams.

Ms. Kristine is a registered nutritionist-dietitian and public health expert from the Philippines. An analog astronaut for HI-SEAS, she contributes to space nutrition research, studying diet’s impact on astronaut health in missions like Asclepios and LunAres.

Isabel, inspired by her love for video games, started Girls Will Code at 14 to empower girls in STEM. Through workshops and events, the initiative promotes coding and aims to close the gender gap in science. Isabel encourages young coders to start small and believe in the opportunities STEM can offer.

Dr. Chona Camille VinceCruz-Abeledo, faculty at De La Salle University, leads CrabTECH and created the SHE-ensya blog. A 2021 Outstanding Asian Science Diplomat and Southeast Asian Women Science Leader, she holds degrees in Molecular Biology and Environmental Management. Her Scylla species dissertation won the 2015 DOST-PCIEERD Research Award.

Engr. Dizon is Senior Applications Engineer at 3M Philippines, where she provides specialized support to the adhesives and tapes division in the Philippines and Indonesia. With an impressive career spanning over 20 years at 3M, she has significantly contributed to product development and the commercialization of imported products in local markets. 

Mariel Bitanga, a financial planner and tech leader dedicated to empowering women. In 2020, she founded Simply Finance to provide Filipino women with simple, personalized financial solutions. Mariel is also the Director of Live Events at Kumu, a live streaming app for Filipinos. Through both roles, she inspires women to take control of their finances and lead in innovation.

Meet Engr. Anne Aaron, the Filipina-American engineer who helped make Netflix streaming smooth and accessible, even with slow internet. A graduate of Ateneo and Stanford, she’s worked at top video streaming companies before joining Netflix in 2011 as Director of Encoding Technologies.

Dr. Marla Maniquiz-Redillas, a Civil Engineering professor at De La Salle University-Manila, specializes in environmental engineering and water resources management. After a decade in South Korea as a Brain Korea 21 scholar, she now leads the RainS-TECH project funded by DOST. She has received numerous awards, including the Outstanding Young Scientist award from NAST-PHL.

Angel Palma is a licensed Mechanical Engineer and the innovative mind behind the eco-friendly AirDisc air-conditioning technology. A graduate of De La Salle University - Manila with a specialization in Mechatronics Engineering, Maria has transformed the air-conditioning industry with her invention.

Ella is a Technical Director at an IT company with operations in Japan, Philippines, and Vietnam. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan in 2022. Ella is a co-founder of All.g, a startup focused on
cultivating climate-resilient seaweed. Through this initiative, she aims to promote sustainable
agricultural practices and make a positive impact on blue economy.

Audrey, a Materials Science and Engineering major, discovered her love for tech in middle school. Despite facing discouragement as a female in tech, she taught herself through online resources and founded WiTech at 15 to empower women to break gender barriers in technology.

Jessica, spent over 13 years at the Department of Information Systems and Computer Science, serving as the BS Computer Science - Digital Game Design Program Director and in various leadership roles, including INAF Coordinator and Programming Varsity Manager. She plays a key role in coordinating class schedules and community service for students.

Former Philippine Environment Secretary Gina Lopez, nicknamed the “Philippine Earth-Warrior,” was a passionate environmentalist dedicated to protecting the country’s lands and waters from mining. After studying in the U.S., she volunteered as a missionary in Portugal, India, and Africa, where she learned the value of uplifting others and preserving resources.

Dr. Chosel is the Director of the Center for Green Nanotechnology Innovations at the University of Mindanao. She co-founded the Nano-Society of the Philippines and holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Myongji University, specializing in lithium recovery from saltwater using nanocomposites.

Dr. Reinabelle Reyes is an Associate Professor at UP Diliman's GANAP Lab and leads data practices at Z-Lift Solutions. She serves as a data science consultant for WeSolve Foundation and is the executive director of Pinoy Scientists. Recently, she earned the 2023 NAST Outstanding Young Scientist Award.

Dr. Hilly Ann is an ecosystems-based approach management practitioner, an environmental advocate, and a university professor. She is doing research and development work on an ecosystems-based approach to restoration and disaster risk reduction, a multi-sectoral approach to environmental governance, integrated landscape seascape management, and landscape investment finance.
